  2. Choose your payment Options (Cash on Delivery, Online Banking, Credit Card)
  1. You will receive a confirmation and tracking Number through SMS and Email. Sit back, relax and wait your item to be delivered. Time Frames: Metro Manila: 3-6 Working Days, Provincial: 3-7 Working Days.

All deliveries shall be subject to a Insurance Fee to ensure item protection in cases of loss or damage. 1% OR ₱5 WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.

Yes you will received an Sales Invoice. Please keep the Sales Invoice/Receipt for warranty purposes.

Yes, we do accept returns and refunds as long as it is within 7 days starting from the time you received the package. However, we only accept refund for the damage or with factory defect products. Please see our Returns and Exchange policy page.

  • All orders in our Shop: All Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after you have successfully placed an order.
  • Once we received your order, we will then prepare your items for shipping to your desired delivery address & usually takes (3-7 working days) depending on your location. Please make sure you have provided a correct-valid address to avoid any delays on receiving your order/package.
  • Then, you will receive a Notification/SMS from one of our partner couriers (XPOST, CMO) once your order has been shipped. You can expect your items to arrive at your doorstep within the delivery period depending on your location.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Tracking Number will be sent to your Email Address or Phone Number you gave to us.

  • INCORRECT ADDRESS
    If the address that the customer provided is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to Fonerange by the courier. Please make sure you fill-in the correct details (no typographical errors too) during checkout and then carefully review it again by double-checking it before you ‘Complete’ your order. We don’t want to disappoint you.
  • ILLEGIBLE SHIPPING LABEL
    In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
  • FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
    Our carriers will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your package. However, after giving their best to send your package, and still failed to deliver after the third attempt, the courier will then determine that the package is un-deliverable. Your order/package will be returned to us.
  1. The claim must be reported to Customer Service upon delivery or within the day of receipt.
  2. The product is not used or damaged by misuse.
  3. Tags and labels are complete and attached.
  4. Keep the packaging and XPOST pouch intact.
  5. Take photo of the actual item delivered and XPOST waybill.

 

This rarely happens but in the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or package and we would love to get your right purchase to your doorstep immediately!

Items eligible for return should be shipped back within seven calendar days.

All items, after this period will no longer be accepted for return/replacement/refund.

Items for return must include the following:

  • Original condition
  • All tags and labels are complete and attached

Please note that used products and/or damaged products by misuse are no longer valid for return or refund.

You shall receive your order 3-5 days after your ordered date + the timeframe below depending on your location.
