Items eligible for return, replacement or refund must be:

  • DEFECTIVE ITEM DELIVERED

  1. The claim must be reported to Customer Service upon delivery or within the day of receipt.
  2. The product is not used or damaged by misuse.
  3. Tags and labels are complete and intact.
  4. Keep the packaging and XPOST pouch intact.
  5. Take photo of the actual item delivered and XPOST waybill.

  • WRONG ITEM DELIVERED

  1. The claim must be reported to Customer Service upon delivery or within the day of receipt.
  2. The product is not used or damaged by misuse.
  3. Tags and labels are complete and attached.
  4. Keep the packaging and XPOST pouch intact.
  5. Take photo of the actual item delivered and XPOST waybill.

 

This rarely happens but in the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or packageĀ and we would love to get your right purchase to your doorstep immediately!
